I'm an expert who specialises in: * Help with sexual health issues, HIV risks and sexually transmitted infections * Specialist advice and support for men's sexual health issues -- Hi, I’m Justin Gaffney and I have many years experience working in both the NHS and my own private practice. I’m a qualified nurse and sexual health specialist with a particular focus on men’s issues. I’ve held many pioneering clinical and management roles within this field. With over 20 year’s experience, I am delighted to now offer my services as a telephone advisor on Live Guru. My extensive knowledge of the NHS combined with my private practice means I am perfectly placed to help you understand all the issues that are important to you. I can also discuss what you should be able to expect when using any relevant services. Talking about these kinds of issues may not feel completely comfortable to all of us. Please be assured that you can expect a respectful, non-judgemental chat with me, providing you with a sensitive, high quality and ultimately caring professional service. When you chat with me here at Live Guru your contact is confidential. I can provide you with support vine the chat feature, at a convenient time for you, in the comfort of your own home. Which can be especially welcome if something is troubling you, but you don’t feel quite ready to talk to someone face to face. Or it might be that you’re more comfortable talking everything through, but simply feel you have a pressing need for clear, accurate and up to date information. For anyone concerned about any matter related to HIV, I routinely work with both patients testing for HIV and living with HIV. I can help you understand any aspect where you feel you’d like more information and advice. In fact, I can talk to you about any sexual health issue, and the call will simply appear as the standard Greatvine number on your telephone bill. I look forward to helping you.
